Powers And Duties Of Attorney
(1) An attorney may carry out any
acts set forth in the power of attorney on behalf of the party
appointing him or her.
(2) If the court makes order to cause the appearance of the
person appointing attorney in person, the attorney shall cause such
person to make appearance in the court.
(3) If the concerned person fails to appear pursuant to subsection
(2), the court may void the attorney of such person.
